We are excited to invite you to audition for our upcoming event! Please fill out the form below completely and carefully. Ensure you read and understand the rules and regulations before submitting your application. By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the organization’s rules, regulations.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Eligibility:
   • All artists must fall into the category of singing, music or dance.
   • Minor artists (under 18 years) must have a parent or guardian present during the audition and provide a signed undertaking.
   • All audition entry forms must be submitted online through our designated portal.
   • Any individual may apply for auditions in multiple categories, specifically in dance, music and singing.
   • All participants between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighty (80) years are eligible to participate in the audition process.

2. Performance:
   • Each audition performance is limited to a maximum duration of five minutes.
   • Performers must bring their own instruments and/or backing tracks (if applicable) on USB format.
   • No explicit or inappropriate content is allowed in performances.

3. Audition Process:
   • Each participant will be given a specific time slot for their audition.
   • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in disqualification.

4. Health Safety Protocol:

Participants must adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the audition.

5. Liability:

The organizers disclaim any responsibility for injuries or loss of property that may occur during the audition. They are also not liable for any loss, theft or damage to the personal belongings of the artists.

6. Rights and Permissions:

By signing this form, you grant permission to the organizers to use any photos, audio or video recordings of your performance for promotional purposes.

7. Decision:
   • The decisions of the judges and organizers are final and cannot be challenged.

8. Application Fee:
   • The application fee is hereby established as follows: Individuals aged fourteen (14) years to thirty (30) years shall be required to pay a fee of Rupees Five Hundred (₹ 500), while individuals aged thirty-one (31) years to eighty (80) years shall be required to pay a fee of Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty (₹ 750). These fees must be remitted for each entry submitted. It is expressly stated that only applications submitted with the appropriate fee shall be considered acceptable for processing.
   • The audition fee is non-refundable once submitted.
   • All the required columns must be filled compulsorily. Incomplete forms will be automatically rejected and in such cases, the application fee will not be refunded.
   • Please upload a screenshot of the payment details and send it to your Center Head separately so we can acknowledge your payment.
   • An acknowledgement of payment will be issued after our bank verifies it. Due to high transaction volumes, this process typically takes 7 to 10 days.

FINAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Submission Process:

All audition entry forms must be submitted online through our designated portal i.e. bharatgaan.com/audition.

2. Rights and Permissions:
   • By submitting this form, you grant permission to the organizers to use any photos, audio or video recordings of your performance for promotional purposes.

3. Confirmation of Submission:
   • Once your entry is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your submission details. Keep this email for your records.
   • As part of the application process, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred audition locations. This will help us in scheduling your audition and interview (e.g., State Centre – Uttar Pradesh, Local Centre – Lucknow). You will receive an email invitation approximately four weeks prior to your scheduled audition, which will include the date, time and your enrolment number. We strongly recommend attending your audition at our designated center. Please be aware that, under certain circumstances, online slots may be available based on demand, and you may be given an alternate option.
   • You must select either “State Head” or “Center Head” by clicking on one option.
   • Following the review of applications, the date, time and location of the audition will be posted on our website bharatgaan.com/audition and communicated to you via email.
   • It is essential to confirm your audition time as soon as possible. Failing to do so may result in your spot being offered to another qualified applicant. We advise against making any travel plans until you have received confirmation of your appointment.
   • All applicants invited to audition must attend on the specified date and time. Failure to do so may be regarded as a withdrawal of your application, potentially leading to its rejection and no refund will be provided.
   • When selected, you are requested to contact your State Coordinator for further instructions regarding your rehearsal. It is essential that you follow all instructions provided by your State Coordinator. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification from the final performance and no refund will be provided.
   • If you are selected, you must attend the final performance in New Delhi from 31st October to 2nd November 2025 and arrive two days prior to the final group rehearsals. Please note that if you do not participate in this final group rehearsal, you will be disqualified from the final performance and no refund will be provided.

4. Deadline for Submissions:

Q1. Can I make changes to my application?

You cannot change your application once it’s submitted.

Q2. Will there be any disadvantages to not submitting a video?

A video self-introduction as well a video clip for your audition category are mandatory; to ensure a fair review process, you must submit all required materials to be eligible for consideration.

Q3.Will there be in-person open auditions?

There are currently no plans for in-person open auditions, and only online open auditions will be held. We will provide a separate notice on our website if in-person auditions are planned for the future.

Q4. When will the results of the audition be announced?
Review will take about 2 to 4 weeks, and individuals who passed will be contacted separately.
